Refund Policy

1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: You may cancel your appointment and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, except in documented emergency situations (see section 4).
• No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled online consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your consultation once, at no additional cost, if the request is made at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be denied or incur an additional fee.

3. Attorney-Initiated Cancellations

If the consultation is canceled by VADIM CHEBOTAR LAW OFFICE, LLC for any reason, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests for last-minute cancellations due to medical emergencies, accidents, or other unforeseen and documented events may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the original appointment time. Include your full name, appointment date and time, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued via the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
